Results of the Propagnda Campaign

Back in class, back to the blog ... so it goes.

Longer posts coming up later today, but for now I'd like to open it up to the millions of people who (I assume) check this blog hourly.

Many of you now possess my 100 Songs for 2008 collection (if you don't, let me know). Hopefully, you've had a chance to digest most of it.

So ... what songs do you like? What songs don't you like? What songs did I miss?

Anyway ... leave a comment.

  2. Your Top 100 CD came into my life at the most wonderful time: during the lull that is the holiday season, making my work days even longer and more tedious than normal. So thank you for that.

    In response to your question…

Songs I like: Kids, Viva La Vida, You, Me and the Bourgeoisie, Self Destructive Zones, Death and All His Friends

Songs I like that weren’t already on my radar: Chasing Pavements, Two Handed Handshake, HYPNTZ, Pieces of You, Get Yourself Home, There are Maybe Ten or Twelve, Collapsing at Your Doorstep

Songs I don’t like: On Top of the World, Handlebars, Play Your Part, M79, Love is a Lie, Get Rich or Try Dying

Song I wish I hated more than I actually do: Burnin’ Up

Song that gets stuck in my head the quickest: Heaven for the Weather

Song I liked until my itunes shuffle ruined it for me: That’s Not My Name

Songs you missed (likely intentionally, but I like them): Time To Pretend (MGMT), I’m Yours (Jason Mraz), Ricochet (Shiny Toy Guns), Sex on Fire (Kings of Leon), Better in Time (Leona Lewis), Hot n’ Cold (Katy Perry), Pork and Beans (Weezer)
