I thought about instituting a Two Songs Per Artist limit on the 100 Songs for 2011 list, but I've already had to abandon that since I can't imagine choosing between "Goose & Gander," "Tell Me Now," and "I Promise."

Why are you dissing Ten-Twenty-Ten? I would guess you're making a statement against jingle-ready singles, except that all your favorites are going to be in commercials too.

ReplyDeleteI don't really have anything against "Ten-Twenty-Ten." Probably my fourth favorite song on the album, I just don't think it's quite on the level of the other three.
And yes, I fully expect to hate all these songs in six months when you can't watch TV without seeing at least one of them in a VW commercial or something.
