I’ve been slacking on my playlist duties the last few years but I’m back! As a newly-minted 40ish year old, I started with tracks that tickled my fancy from binged mystery mini-series and sprinkled in some that my dude played on the way to pick up our membership beers with Gus in the backseat.

Still trying to figure out if I’m supposed to call him my boyfriend or my partner (Garrett not Gus) while fending off parent questions about rings and grandhumans. But back to the playlist … does having Billie on my list for the first time make me hip if the song came out five years ago?
